Screenpop
will work in both 1st party (linking an individual handset to an individual
PC) or 3rd party (linking the entire telephone system to an NT computer
network server) mode. The computer will pop open a record on screen
either as the phone rings or as it is answered. It can be configured
to search more than one database and can be configured to work with
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Goldmine, ACT and Lotus Notes.
Via the Screenpop ActiveX module it can also be modified to work with
