visit" sales mechanism offered by Phones4Less.
Phones4Less endeavours to match
traditional telecoms vendors in every respect except sales
visits. Contact ability will not be restricted to e-mail but
will include all traditional communications (phone, fax, post
plus real time web calls) to enable customers to have dialogue
with us.
Phones4Less will bear the carriage
and administrative costs of returning faulty goods to our supplier.
The cost of returning faulty goods to Phones4Less
is covered by Phones4Less when goods are returned via our
Free
Post Address. Where customers do benefit from the additional
cover of an on-site maintenance contract Phones4Less
will explain the choice that the customer has between;
a) Returning the goods to Phones4Less
for repair or replacement or
b) Placing a maintenance request for call out with their
maintainer.
If the customer needs advice on managing the maintainer then
Phones4Less will provide this
without charge. It is prudent to ensure that all mission critical
systems should be covered by an ON-SITE maintenance contract.
Standard manufacturers guarantees are all "return to
base" warranties, which are not sufficient if the equipment
is crucial to your organisations operation and is often bolted
to a wall.
Telephone System customers should note, that it is their
responsibility to advise their maintainer when making additions
to their system. Where customers do not have a maintenance
contract Phones4Less will be pleased
to arrange one.
