how do I know which headset is right for me (and my phone system)?
The basic choices are, monaural or binaural (one ear covered
or two).
Over head or over ear (head band or clip over the ear).
Noise cancelling microphone or not, (a noise cancelling microphone
reduces the surrounding noise in the room, not essential unless
you work in a noisy environment, however if you intend to
use a cordless headset where you can wander from room to room
or even out to the car park a noise cancelling microphone
would be a worthwhile feature).
